Eligibility to Rent a Vehicle

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driving license for the type of vehicle rented. Learner's licenses are not accepted.

Required Documents

• Provide a valid original address proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) at pickup. The document will be returned at drop-off.
• Provide a copy of your driving license. Rentals cannot be provided with a learner’s license.
• Failure to produce required documents at pickup will result in denied booking with no refund.

What’s Included in Your Rental

• Unlimited kilometers (unless specified otherwise).
• One free helmet and a safety kit.
• 24/7 vehicle usage until drop-off time.
• Roadside assistance (call support to request this service).

Fuel Policy

Fuel is the renter's responsibility. The vehicle will be provided with a full tank and should be returned the same way. Complimentary fuel is provided to reach the nearest station if needed.

Additional Drivers

Additional passengers are free. If an additional passenger intends to drive, their license copy must be provided at pickup.

Vehicle Checkout

• Inspect and test drive the vehicle before rental. Once approved, claims for damages are not accepted.
• Reach the pickup location 10 minutes early for documentation.
• Report any vehicle issues as soon as possible. Note: roadside assistance is unavailable outside city limits.
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Smoking and using the vehicle for towing or carrying luggage on the fuel tank is prohibited. Penalties apply.

Driving Rules & Regulations

• Follow all traffic rules. All penalties for violations are the renter’s responsibility.
• Bike Rental in Manali is not liable for incidents involving alcohol or drugs. Fines and penalties apply for speeding, racing, stunts, or unsafe driving.

Bike Availability

All bookings depend on bike availability. If we cannot fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Support Etiquette

Respectful behavior toward support representatives is expected. Misbehavior may result in account deactivation.

Security Deposit

A fully refundable security deposit is required at pickup. Failure to provide the deposit will cancel the booking without a refund.

Trip Extension

• Rebook through your account to extend the trip. Extensions are subject to bike availability and prevailing rates.
• Late returns beyond the drop-off time incur fees.

Vehicle Return Policy

• Return the vehicle on time, clean, and in serviceable condition.
• Return to the same location as pickup. Unapproved abandonment incurs penalties and potential legal action.
• Early returns do not qualify for refunds.

Servicing During Rental

If servicing is due during your trip, you’ll be notified at pickup. Charges will be reimbursed with the original bill at drop-off.

Additional Charges

• Minimum billing for hourly rentals is 5 hours.
• The renter is liable for damages, theft, or loss, with the value based on genuine repair costs and insurance claims.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% fee for cancellations 4 days before pickup, 50% for cancellations 1-4 days prior, and no refund within 1 day of pickup.
• 100% refund if we cannot provide a bike due to unforeseen circumstances.

Wallet Policy

• Promotional wallet cash cannot be transferred or exchanged for real cash.
• Wallet cash can cover up to 10% of the booking amount.
• Wallet cash expires 99 years after being earned.
